ITS Expanding to Southern Europe

     

Meet ITS at IBA 2015 in Munich 12-17 September

 
 

After establishing its business in the UK, Ireland and The Netherlands, ITS is expanding its business to Italy, Spain and Portugal 

     

International Taste Solutions (ITS) will welcome visitors in Hall A-4, booth 171 at the leading international exhibition for the global baking industry, taking place in Munich (Germany) next 12-17 September.

 
 
 
 
 

Salt reduction in breads

     

Flavoured oats and fruits in baking goods

 
 

Salt is one of the most effective flavour enhancers used in baked goods today. The new stricter targets by the FSA include a 10% reduction to an average 0.96g salt per 100g in bread and rolls which will have a significant impact on flavour.

     

 The consumption of fruit-based products is increasing, since consumers are more concerned about eating healthier food. According to Innova Market Insights, UK led the consumption in the western European market with 22.1% of fruit-based products in 2013. Since then, the upward trend has continued.
