Exciting news! ITS is featured under Innovation Profile in the Autumn 2014 edition of Baking Europe.


ITS was featured in the Innovation Profile category in Baking Europe magazine and online www.bakingeurope.eu. In this article, we feature some of the solutions ITS can offer in salt reduction in line with the new FSA guidelines for salt in breads for 2017. 

Besides this, sugar reduction solutions and masking technology are also featured.
