Keeping Ahead of Flavour Trends Is Vital to Our Customers.

At ITS, we are ahead of the game and always looking for the next big thing.

For example, we identified the drive towards to retro homespun / nostalgic products in the UK and their feasibility to bakery. This enabled us to help our customers by coming up with a range of amazing product concepts. From cakes, icings, breakfast cereals through to speciality breads – we have all the flavours that are on trend.

We were also quick to spot the emergence of tropical flavours in other sectors such as beverage and dairy.  Being ahead of the game, we developed an entire workshop focused solely on getting tropical!!
