2017 - Another eventful year for ITS!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your business and support through the year. As the new year rolls in, our aim is to continue to provide you with the best service and highest quality taste and texture solutions in 2018!

Christmas Holidays

ITS will be shut from 12pm, on Friday 22nd December 2017, until 9am, on Tuesday 2nd January 2018, when our office will re-open.

Gail Underwood joins ITS


Exploring flavour ideas for your Christmas? Our range of natural flavours and pairings work perfectly to capture the spirit of the season.

Why not give an extra boost of flavour in festive cakes, breads, snacks and cereals and even in protein bars by adding natural flavoured dried fruits such as Sparkling Wine flavoured cranberries.

We also offer many traditional warm notes such as Gingerbread Spice and Chocolate & Sicilian Orange. 


ITS has appointed Gail Underwood as the new Chief Flavourist, following with the company’s strategic growth plans.

Gail brings a wealth of experience to the team having worked for several prominent flavour houses. ITS would like to extend a warm welcome to Gail. 


Donations to Red Cross and Cancer Care Trust


Masking solutions for active lifestyle products


This year ITS is donating to two charities, The British Red Cross and a local charity, The Newbury and District Cancer Care Trust.

Mike Bagshaw, owner of ITS said, 'Using the profits of ITS to help fund these well deserving charities is immensely satisfying. Supporting others to overcome adversities and hardships is something we advocate as a company.


ITS has recently launched two masking solutions - MaskEX Sports™ & MouthTEX Sports™ to mask unpleasant flavour notes from using protein in products.

Sports nutrition products are now not only popular with athletes but also with consumers who are seeking healthy and active lifestyles.  Market research data suggests these consumers look for natural ingredients, and protein-loaded products from either whey or from vegan sources.
