Meet ITS at IBA 2015 in Munich 12-17 September

International Taste Solutions (ITS) will welcome visitors in Hall A-4, booth 171 at the leading international exhibition for the global baking industry, taking place in Munich (Germany) next 12-17 September.

IBA is a global trade fair for bakery, confectionery and snacks, and it has been the meeting place for experts of the bakery, pastry, and snack trade since 1949. The last exhibition received over 70,000 visitors from 164 countries.

As an expert in developing taste and texture solutions for baking, ITS will show visitors its wide range of flavourings, seasonings, texture solutions, flavoured dried fruits and health solutions.

The stand will also showcase additive-free solutions for shelf-extension to add freshness in cake products.

Furthermore, visitors will have the chance to try out tropical flavours, Berry-fruit flavourings and floral flavourings, amongst many others. ITS will display its range of natural flavoured oats and dried fruits such as sultanas, raisins and cranberries, perfect for use in breakfast products (cereals, porridges, biscuits or cereal bars), baked goods (cupcakes, muffins, etc), and snacks .

During the event, customers will have the chance to talk to the team and find out how ITS’s innovation and development expertise can help improve their products and also speed up commercialization of projects. It will also be an opportunity to ask the team about the latest in flavor trends and new food technology.
